No, TELUS Health Engage and Solace Secure are provided free of charge to William Russell members through our Elevate package for the duration of your policy.
Elevate Well-being services from TELUS Health Engage and Elevate Safety from Solace Secure are available to all William Russell policyholders, regardless of whether you hold a health, life or income protection policy.
Elevate services also include Elevate Health (My Global Doctor) and Elevate Mind (from TELUS Health Engage). These services are only available to policyholders and eligible dependants covered on a William Russell health insurance policy.
Elevate Well-being – TELUS Health Engage is provided by Telus Communications, Inc.
Elevate Safety – Solace Secure is provided by Solace Global Ltd.
No. TELUS Health Engage and Solace Secure are only available to William Russell policyholders through Elevate and are not sold separately.
No. Elevate services are complimentary and entirely optional.
They’re included to support your well-being and safety while living or working abroad, with a focus on preventative care and everyday support.
You’re not required to download or use any of the apps, and your insurance cover is not affected if you choose not to engage with them.
