How long will my claim take?

We aim to assess your claim within 10 working days.

What does that mean exactly? Well, within 10 working days we aim to have determined whether:

  • we have sufficient information to process and settle your claim; or
  • we need further information from you or your doctor.

If we do need further information, we’ll let you know and keep you in the loop on our progress.

Am I covered for physiotherapy?

All our plans give you some cover for physiotherapy. Your level of cover depends on your health plan.

Do you cover admin fees that my doctor charges?

No, we don’t cover any administration or registration fees that your doctor or your doctor’s hospital or clinic charges you. That includes any fee your doctor charges in order to complete your claim form.

Do I have a time limit to make my claim?

Please try to submit your claim within 6 months of the date of your treatment. If you treatment was more than 6 months ago, just send in your claim anyway and we’ll review it.
