If you have a medical emergency which requires immediate medical assistance, contact our 24-hour helpline at +44 (0) 1243 621 155 or william.russell@cegagroup.com.
You need to be admitted to hospital Please contact us as soon as you know you need to be admitted to hospital. We’ll pre-authorise your treatment so you admission to hospital and course of treatment go smoothly. You can call us during UK offices hours (0600-1800, Monday to Friday) on +44 (0) 1276 486 460, complete the online pre-authorisation form. Alternatively, you can email claims@william-russell.com.
You need out-patient treatment Go ahead and receive the treatment. Pay your bills and we’ll reimburse you later on.
You need an emergency medical evacuation

If you have a limb-threatening or life-threatening condition and you need urgent medical treatment, contact our 24-hour helpline at +44 (0) 1243 621 155 or william.russell@cegagroup.com.
