To that end, we’ve hand-chosen a range of world-leading digital platforms to include with Elevate, with a focus on adding to our members’ expatriate lifestyles. Our policies are underwritten by Allianz Partners, with whom we have established a long and trusting relationship. Elevate is a curated range of complimentary services now included without charge on all William Russell insurance policies – available from 01 January 2026 for all new policies and from renewal date for existing members. My Global Doctor enables them to book a video or phone consultation with a physician anytime, anywhere, with prescriptions delivered direct to their door. Elevate their Mind Help is always at hand. Elevate gives your clients 24/7 access to confidential counselling sessions via TELUS Health Engage – even if they aren’t normally covered for mental health benefits.1 Elevate their Well-being Elevate helps your clients look after their well-being while earning rewards. Who has access to Elevate services? Elevate Well-being and Safety services are available to health, life and income protection policy holders. Elevate their health with My Global Doctor Your clients will have 24/7 access to primary healthcare from anywhere in the world and prescription deliveries via My Global Doctor. Many expats find it difficult to access healthcare in foreign countries. They may struggle to find doctors who speak their language, or to make it to in-person appointments. But with Elevate, William Russell members no longer need to worry about accessing the healthcare they need. My Global Doctor, powered by Teladoc Health, is a 24/7 online doctor, connecting your clients with health experts via telephone and video consultations to help them manage their healthcare on-the-go. As well as referring them for specialist treatment, your client’s physician can provide them with advice, guidance and coaching to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. This includes advice around conditions otherwise excluded from their international health insurance policy. What it offers A global network My Global Doctor connects patients to a network of specialists around the world. Your client can speak to a primary care physician who understands their specific needs, which can lead to higher-quality referrals, better treatments and improved outcomes. Anytime, anywhere With My Global Doctor, your client can speak to doctors from their devices, whether they’re at home, work, or travelling overseas. There’s no need to attend in-person appointments, so they won’t need to take time away from the things that matter. Doctors that speak their language Many expats are anxious when it comes to seeking treatment, as they’ll want to find a doctor fluent in their native tongue. My Global Doctor connects your clients with doctors who speak English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Arabic and Bahasa, with live video consultations in English and Spanish.2 Medicine direct to their door With My Global Doctor, your client won’t need to take time out of their day to collect their prescription – it can be delivered direct to their home.3 2Appointments are subject to availability. You are free to request an appointment 24/7/365. Callbacks are typically within 24 hours. You do not need to pay or claim for a consultation, but you will be charged for the cost of the initial phone call when using the callback service. You won’t be charged if you request a callback using the online portal. Video appointments in English, Spanish and Mandarin are available between 08:00 and 00:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. Video appointments in German are available between 08:00 and 20:00 CET, Monday to Friday. In Singapore, all appointments are conducted only via video and in English, between 10:00 and 19:00 Singapore Standard Time 7 days a week. These services are provided by an independent third party, Teladoc Health. 3 Prescription delivery is available in the UK, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong. Where prescription delivery is not available, physicians can offer prescriptions to be redeemed at your local pharmacist, OTC and medication recommendations though this will depend on the type of medication you require and its availability and legal status in the country you’re living. Where medication cannot be procured, your physician can advise you on the best next steps. Elevate their mind with TELUS Health Engage Exclusively for our health insurance members, your clients can receive up to six free confidential counselling sessions via TELUS Health Engage. Sometimes, the stress of expat life can get on top of you. When it does, your clients will have someone to talk to. Exclusively for William Russell international health insurance members, Elevate gives them access to confidential counselling sessions through the TELUS Health Engage platform—offering the space they need to get things off their chest. Your clients and anyone named on their policy can take advantage of these sessions, which are available to all William Russell health insurance members—even those who don’t already have mental health benefits included with their policy. Whether they want to work out a particular problem in their life, their career or their relationship, or just want someone to talk to, Elevate ensures they’re never far from the help they need. What it offers Six free sessions Elevate gives your client and anyone named on their policy up to six confidential counselling sessions with a professional therapist. They can use these sessions to get things off their chest and seek mental health support. Always at your client’s convenience Your client’s sessions will be hosted via the TELUS Health Engage platform, meaning there’s no need to attend a therapist’s office – they can dial in from anywhere in the world. At a pace that suits them Your client can book their counselling sessions as and when they need them, at a time they find convenient. Trusted professionals All counsellors are qualified to master’s or doctorate level in psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience and 2,500 hours of counselling, so your client can depend on their expertise. Elevate their well-being with TELUS Health Engage Your clients are able to manage their well-being and track their progress via TELUS Health Engage. Whether it’s being away from friends and family, struggling to integrate into a foreign society, or simply missing home comforts, expats face a unique set of challenges when living abroad. What you (and your clients) need to know Elevate is available from 01 January 2026 for all new individuals, families and groups. Existing members will have access to their Elevate benefits from their renewal date in 2026. Elevate is not a part of our insurance policies. We are including Elevate as a separate complementary service. Elevate is not sold separately and is only available to William Russell members for the duration of their policy. Everything included with Elevate is completely free, although your clients may need to pay extra for premium services included with each platform, or for the cost of any phone calls made outside the platforms. How it works Step 1/ Sign your client up to any William Russell policy Elevate is included with all policies. Your client does not need to sign up to a specific type or tier of policy – Elevate is included with all international health, life and income protection plans, although only health insurance members will receive the Mind benefits. Step 2/ Your client registers for the services Once their policy begins, we’ll email your client with details of how to get started with their Elevate platforms. They will be given links to download apps and sign up to their online accounts. Step 3/ They receive unlimited access4 Once they’ve gotten started, your clients will be entitled to enjoy the full range of benefits included with each platform. They are free to use their platforms as often as they like, although members with Mind services will be limited to six free counselling sessions. That’s all there is to it – your clients will be entitled to use their Elevate services for the duration of their policy and, if they renew, they will benefit from uninterrupted access. 4Fair usage applies. Elevate combines a number of world-leading services into one package for your clients, with online platforms and apps they can download onto their phones and other devices. How does my client access Elevate? When your client’s William Russell insurance policy begins, we’ll email them with details on how to access their apps and digital platforms. Does my client need to pay extra for Elevate? No, Elevate is available completely free for all William Russell members for the duration of their policy and no deductible applies. Does my client need to have a specific policy? No, Elevate is available with all William Russell policies. That includes our international health, life and income protection plans, and includes all levels of cover – Bronze, Silver, SilverLite and Gold. However, only members who have an international health insurance policy will be eligible to receive Mind benefits. What happens when my client’s policy ends? Your client will only have access to your Elevate benefits while they are a William Russell member. If all of your client’s William Russell policies end and they decide not to renew, they will lose access to their Elevate benefits. Is Elevate a form of insurance? Who provides Elevate services?
