Compliance Manager
Full-time or part-time, hybrid working
You are a Compliance professional looking for an opportunity to guide and advise a growing international company.
The role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the company and our offices in Dubai, Indonesia and Belgium to ensure that we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.
About you. You will have proven experience as a Compliance Manager and in risk management, and will be well versed in legal and regulatory matters, GDPR, and corporate governance best practice. A BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Business Development Manager
Full-time, permanent role with hybrid working
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at William Russell.
The role. Our Business Development Managers are responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with brokers, and prospective and existing members. Focusing on business development within a designated region you will drive sales of William Russell products, raising the company’s profile and reputation as a long-standing provider of international health and protection insurance solutions.
About you. You have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both over the phone and face to face. You have a positive attitude, are solutions oriented and are focused on achieving goals and targets.
Your experience. You have a good knowledge of health insurance, life insurance and income protection products, alongside a successful track record within one or two insurance organisations where you have achieved progression and results.
