Brokers have always been central to insurance distribution and traditionally enjoyed a strong relationship with their customers. However, COVID-19 and the ensuing disruption have posed new challenges to this model. In this webinar, we consider how brokers can consolidate their role in insurance distribution, provide more value to customers, and find new opportunities.
Owain Thomas, Michael Lewars and Avin Talabani shared insights and analysed trends in the broker market for international insurance.
The webinar covered:
New trends in intermediate insurance distribution
What’s changing and how brokers are reacting around the world
How William Russell is helping
What we’re doing to support brokers in this challenging period
