Telehealth is a consultation service connecting patients with specialised doctors via video.
The service is operated by Health at Hand, a UAE duly licensed telehealth provider. Nextcare provides this service via Telehealth on the Lumi app.
Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, telehealth services, such as those provided through apps and online hubs, became a necessity as patients actively avoided public healthcare settings. Now, the added convenience and accessibility afforded by digital care solutions has turned telehealth into a norm.

This is hardly surprising when you consider the benefits to both patients and healthcare providers – shorter wait times, less expense, digital on-demand access to healthcare solutions and the ability to monitor patients remotely.

You can also view the medical claims history of family members on your plan who are under the age of 18.
For family members over the age of 18, you cannot view their medical claims history unless they give you access to their account.
