Your insurance policy is designed by William Russell Ltd (WRL), a privately-owned insurance brokerage located just outside of London in the UK. WRL is registered in England & Wales under company number 02687939, and is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority under reference number 309314. WRL is owned by the Cooper family: Inez Cooper, who lives near the company offices in Surrey, and William Cooper, her son, who lives in North London.
Your insurance policy is issued and insured by Dubai Insurance Company psc (DIN), an insurance company in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. DIN is licensed by the UAE Central Bank under registration number 4.
If you have a health insurance policy, we work with Nextcare Claims Management LLC (Nextcare) to administer your claims and emergency medical evacuations. Nextcare is part of the Allianz group of companies, which is one of the largest financial services conglomerates in the world.
