Global employee insurance for 10-39 employees

Our international group medical, life & income protection plans are offered separately, or can be combined if you prefer to have all your group cover under one roof.

We don’t have call centres and when you or your employees need to make a claim, you’ll always get straight through to a real person and your dedicated group account manager will support you with all your needs.

Essential health cover

The Essential plans include our full cancer care promise, full cover for in-patient/day-patient treatment and Medevac, and offer total annual cover between US$250,000 and US$500,000.

If you are a group based in Africa, South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and parts of the Middle East, the Essential Care and Essential Care Plus could provide the health cover you need, at rates that reflect the generally lower cost of medical treatment in these regions.

Optional benefits available on the Essential Care Plus plan: optical and dental care, as well as maternity care.

For groups of 10+ we offer Medical History Disregarded (MHD) underwriting.

Underwriting terms explained

Elite health cover

Total annual plan limits between US$1.5m and US$5m.

The Elite plans cover the same as the Essential plans, plus kidney dialysis, organ, bone marrow or tissue transplants, and the Silver and Gold plans offer well-being* and well-child benefits*, benefits relating to pregnancy* and childbirth* as well as the option to enhance dental and optical benefits, plus much more. *waiting periods apply

There are plenty of well-being benefits to choose from: enhance your plan with optical, dental and varying levels of maternity and childbirth cover. You also have the choice to upgrade to Medevac Plus for repatriation services.

For groups of 10+ we offer Medical History Disregarded (MHD) underwriting.

Life cover & income protection

Our group income protection plan provides financial security for your employees in the event of illness, injury or death. For groups of 20+, there is automatic income protection cover up to US$200,000 with a single application form.

Our life cover provides financial security for the family, if an employee dies from injury or illness. Accident benefit enhances life cover further, where death is caused by an accident.

We offer life cover up to US$2m, with automatic cover up to US$350,000 available to groups of 5+ employees.

Our flexible group cover offers great employee benefits, and you can include cover for dependents, too.

Please note that pre-existing medical conditions and related conditions are not covered by our plans, unless you have told us about them and we have agreed to cover them.  

We cannot provide cover if your business is based in Iran, North Korea, Libya, South Sudan, Syria, Switzerland, Yemen, USA, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Comoros, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal or Togo.

 Our policies are not available to residents of the United States of America but provided you are not a resident of USA, you can add cover for temporary trips to the USA, subject to a limit of  $100,000 and a maximum period of 45 days, or subject to a limit of $250,000 and a maximum period of 90 days.
