What is Flex?
Through market research and feedback from our customers, it became apparent to us that there was a real desire for a truly flexible insurance product in the Emirati city; we have now launched our new and progressive healthcare proposition in the UAE – Flex.
Flex gives you greater control of designing your employee health insurance in Dubai. You start with Flex core, which covers all the Dubai Health Authority’s requirements, and you can then flex the plan; increase cover for dental, optical, maternity and pharmacy boost to suit your business’ and employees’ needs and control your premiums through the area of cover and medical network you choose. Flex is a really exciting new product that enables businesses to create a bespoke health insurance plan that meets the specific needs of their business and their employees.

Core cover 
Our core Flex cover includes all the Dubai Health Authority’s minimum requirements, and more. Starting with a total annual cover limit of AED550,500 per employee, Flex gives employers the option to increase this to either AED917,500 or AED1,835,000 per employee.

A one size fits all approach is rarely a true fit for anyone. That’s why we have introduced Flex, a progressive new health plan from Dubai Insurance Company, created by the expat experts William Russell. Flex the area of cover, the excess and co-pay and the medical network; You choose how you Flex your benefits and limits to suit your organization’s needs. Choose from a range of optional cover including: Optical, Dental, Maternity, Well-being and Pharmacy Boost.
