Will claims I make affect my premiums?

Our health plans do not cover pre-existing medical conditions and related conditions, unless the member tells us about such a condition in their application and we agree to cover it.

Once a member’s health plan is in force, however, their personal claims experience will not affect their renewal premium.

There is a slight exception for members who reside in Hong Kong. Please contact us for details on this.
