How can I check if I’m covered for a certain treatment?

Have a look at your Certificate of Insurance. It’ll tell you what plan you have (e.g., Silver, Bronze), and give you a link to your plan agreement.

In your plan agreement, there’s a section entitled Table of benefits. This table sets out your cover under your plan. You should also check out the following section, entitled What you’re not covered for.
