T&Cs for the 7.5% First-Year Discount for New Members

The terms and conditions for the 7.5% first-year discount for new members (the “Promotion”) are as follows.

1. This Promotion is available to individuals, families, and businesses who take out a health insurance policy with Dubai Insurance Company psc.
2. When eligible for the Promotion, these members will receive a 7.5% discount from our standard premium rates on their first year’s insurance premium and a 3.75% discount from our standard premium rates on their second year’s insurance premium.
3. The Promotion is available to applicants for new policies commencing on or after 15 July 2021 and lasts until 31 May 2023. To be eligible for the 7.5% discount, members must purchase their policy and commence cover on or before 31 May 2023.
4. The 7.5% discount will apply to the first annual premium only. New members eligible for the 7.5% discount will also receive a 3.75% discount on their renewal premium. We’ll calculate subsequent renewal premiums according to our standard rates.
5. Eligibility for the Promotion is subject to acceptance by our underwriters, which will be at the sole discretion of our underwriters.
6. The Promotion is not available to individuals, families or businesses resident outside the UAE. There is, however, a separate promotion for individuals, families and businesses resident outside the UAE. Please note insurance policies in the UAE are issued and insured by William Russell, and not Dubai Insurance Company psc.
7. The Promotion is not available to individuals, families or businesses who have a health insurance policy currently in force with Dubai Insurance Company psc, William Russell Europe SRL or William Russell Limited, or who have had a health insurance policy in force with Dubai Insurance Company psc, William Russell Europe SRL or William Russell Limited in the past 30 days.
8. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion at any time.
