William Russell Ltd announces             the opening of a new                office in Malaysia  William Russell, recently awarded Best International Private Health Group by International Investment, now celebrates 15 years of providing market leading international health, life & income protection insurance plans for expatriates of all nationalities around the world.   The company has enjoyed rapid but well-managed growth over the years and following the establishment of their Hong Kong office in 2004, William Russell has seen a substantial increase in business from the Asia Pacific region.

To further strengthen their presence in Asia Pacific, William Russell is delighted to announce the opening of a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Kuala Lumpur provides a geographically central location from which William Russell will support intermediaries in South East Asia.

Malaysia will also become William Russell’s regional claims administration centre. A first class team of experienced health insurance claims administrators and medical support staff will take care of all claims from policy holders in Asia Pacific.

Hong Kong will remain as William Russell’s Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters becoming a dedicated support centre for intermediaries in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau and the Philippines.
