UK international expat insurance provider William Russell Ltd have announced the opening of their Asia Pacific office and operations based in Hong Kong.

William Russell (Far East) Limited will be run by David Herratt who has moved from Lloyd’s of London to take up the challenge of the new operation. Mr Herratt brings with him a wealth of experience from over 12 years in Hong Kong, including 6 years with Skandia International as General Manager and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

William Russell (Far East) Limited, will concentrate on carrying out business in conjunction with the UK company and is fully regulated by the Confederation of Insurance Brokers, the HK insurance regulatory body.
