William Russell Limited wins award for “Commitment To Customer Service”

Leading international protection insurer William Russell Limited out-flanked competition from Royal Skandia, AXA Isle of Man and Scottish Equitable to take the top spot in the hotly contested “Best Commitment To Service” Award at the recent International Investment Fund & Product Awards.

The sixth annual awards ceremony was held at Victoria Park Plaza Hotel in London on 10 May. They are the only awards devoted to the offshore financial services industry.

The judges decided that William Russell had demonstrated the most outstanding service and support to their intermediaries and clients.

William Russell was also highly commended in the Best International Health Group.

William Russell’s award was received by Paul Andrews, Sales & Marketing Manager who comments;

“As the only health insurers to be nominated for this award, we are extremely honoured to receive such a high accolade and to see our dedication to the highest standards of customer service rewarded in this way.” 
 
The award follows the recent nomination as best international health insurance provider for the third year running in an independent insurer survey carried out by Medibroker.
