Web Works is a new initiative from William Russell to encourage everyone to use our website for instant access to a range of documents, forms and policy information.
William Russell prides itself on giving unrivalled service, and to maintain these high standards we need to learn what our clients want from their insurance provider.
Expats live and travel all over the world and we aimed to find out whether our clients want to continue receiving printed insurance documents or if downloading PDF’s and getting information online is the way forward.
We carried out a Quick Poll on our homepage to gauge the opinion from the visitors to our website.
Thanks to the 129 visitors who completed the survey, our Web Works campaign poll shows that a massive 89% prefer to download PDF's.
For the remaining 11% we are still happy to provide printed documents if required, of course!

It is our aim to move towards having a complete online service for our policy holders so that they can access their own secure area on our website to view their documents and obtain other information and services.
