This offer is only available to existing policyholders who comply with the following conditions:
1. This offer is available to all William Russell policyholders who have active policies arranged by William Russell, where premiums are paid up to date and whose recommendation results in a friend, relative or work colleague (recommended person) taking out a new William Russell plan direct with William Russell.
2. To qualify for this offer, applications must be received between the dates 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2010.
3. The referring policy holder’s name and the promotional code must be quoted by the recommended person at the time the plan is arranged.
4. The reward will be issued if the recommended person does not have an existing live policy with William Russell and has not been previously insured under a William Russell plan in the 12 months prior to the policy inception date.
5. This offer is limited to $50 per introduced household.
6. The offer amount will be issued within 45 days of collection of the first payment of the new policy.
7. William Russell plans are annual policies and should the introduced policy cancel within this period, we reserve the right to reclaim the value of the monies issued.
8. William Russell reserve the right to remove or amend this offer at any time without notice.
This offer does not apply to corporate policy holders, policy holders introduced by an intermediary, intermediaries or William Russell employees.
