International expatriate insurance specialist William Russell has strengthened its customer service team in the United Kingdom with the appointment of Jamie Sheerin as Customer Service Manager.
Jamie is responsible for the overall management of William Russell’s international customer care operation, which services new health, life and income protection plan applications and renewals from both consumers direct and intermediary partners.
Jamie previously worked for Standard Life Healthcare as Customer Service Team Manager, and more recently as Customer Service Team Manager for Gala Coral Group, the leading high-street and on-line gambling company in the UK.
