Health claims survey reveals 93% client satisfaction

International expatriate insurance specialist William Russell has announced the half year results of its customer health claims survey which reveal that 93 per cent of members report that they were very or reasonably satisfied with the service they received from the team when making a claim.

The claims survey is sent to members of William Russell’s international health plans who make a claim on their policy and the statistics were calculated from all returned surveys within the period January to July 2009.

William Russell, winners of Best International Private Health Group 2009 at the recent International Investment awards, also reports high levels of satisfaction for the simplicity of completing the claims form (86 per cent), and the speed of initial response (88 per cent).

Claire Parrott, International Claims Manager, William Russell Limited says:

“The real test of an insurance company is when you need to make a claim. We really care about what we do and about making the claiming process as stress free as possible, and I’m extremely pleased with the high levels of satisfaction that the results of this 6 month survey have revealed.

But there’s no room for complacency. We want to make sure that our service levels are of the highest possible standard and we will continue to strive to further improve our standards across the board.”

Claire Parrott is responsible for the overall management of William Russell’s international health insurance claims operation in both Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
