This offer is only available to new policyholders who comply with the following conditions:

1. To be eligible to participate in this offer, applicants must be expatriates resident in Africa who do not currently hold a William Russell policy and who have not been insured by William Russell Limited at any time during the past 12 months.

 

2. A reward will be paid in respect of new Global Health plan applications submitted by expatriates resident in Africa, and received by William Russell Limited during the World Cup event i.e. between 11th June 2010 and 11th July 2010, (both dates inclusive), provided the application is accepted by us and the annual premium (or first premium, if premiums are paid monthly or quarterly) is received by no later than 20th July 2010.

3. This offer is limited to one Global Health plan per household.

 

4. If conditions 1, 2 and 3 are satisfied, a reward will be paid as follows:

 

$50 of amazon.com vouchers for a Global Health Essential Care plan, or
$50 of amazon.com vouchers for a Global Health Elite Bronze plan, or
$75 of amazon.com vouchers for a Global Health Essential Care Plus plan, or
$75 of amazon.com vouchers for a Global Health Elite Silver plan, or
$100 of amazon.com vouchers for a Global Health Elite Gold plan, or
$125 of amazon.com vouchers for a Global Health Platinum plan.

5. The reward will be issued on the following dates:

• Policies paid annually - within four weeks of the policy going in to force.
• Policies paid quarterly - after the second quarterly premium has been paid to William Russell Limited.
• Policies paid monthly - after the 4th monthly premium has been paid to William Russell Limited.

NB: If the policy is cancelled within the first year, the voucher amount will be deducted from the refunded premium.

6. This offer does not apply to corporate policy holders.
