 If you need to make a claim on your Global Health plan you will find our staff helpful, sympathetic and efficient. We are here to ensure that the business of getting your medical bills paid is as simple and stress free as possible. Whenever possible we will deal direct with the hospital.
WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO BE ADMITTTED TO HOSPITAL
If you need in-patient or day-patient treatment at a hospital you must contact us before you have your treatment. We can then reassure you that the treatment you require will be covered, get in touch with the hospital to confirm details of your insurance cover and to arrange for their bills to be settled direct.
WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TREATMENT AS AN OUT-PATIENT
You will need to fully complete a claim form, and your doctor or dentist will have to complete Section C of this form. You will receive a claim form with your insurance documents. If you need another one, send an e-mail to claims@william-russell.com or click on the link below to print off a claim form.

Treatment as an out-patient does not need to be pre authorised by us, but confirmation that your treatment costs will be covered cannot be given until your fully completed claim form is received and assessed by our friendly team. If you are in doubt if your expenses will be covered by your policy, do not hesitate to contact us.
PROMPT SETTLEMENT
We will settle all in-patient claims directly with the hospital concerned.
Provided we have a fully completed claim form and the original bills for the treatment received, we will settle your claim within 5 working days of receipt.
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer direct to your bank account.
