ACCEPTANCE TERMS
Upon receipt of your application form, we will send you an acceptance terms invoice that will set out the terms of our acceptance and the premium due. Your cover will commence upon receipt of your premium.
IMPORTANT IMFORMATION
Pre-existing conditions
We do not pay for treatment that relates to a pre-existing medical condition. A pre-existing medical conditions is a condition that has required treatment, medication or advice, or where the symptoms began, prior to your Global Health Elite or Essential Plan commencement date.
Your duty to disclose details of your medical history
It is very important that you disclose full details about your medical history on your application form. We can then advise you if there wil be any additional exclusions in respect of your cover.
HOW TO PAY YOUR PREMIUMS
- By credit or debit card
You may pay your premiums using MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Switch, Domestic Maestro, Delta or Solo. If you pay monthly your premiums must be paid by credit of debit card.
- By direct debit
We can accept payment by direct debit if you pay sterling premiums from a UK bank account. We will require your original signed direct debit mandate. Click here to run off a direct debit mandate.
- By banker’s draft, cheque or bank transfer (annual premiums only)
We can accept a cheque or draft drawn on a UK bank and payable to William Russell Limited. You can also transfer your premium direct to our bank account and we will provide you with bank details when we send you our acceptance terms invoice.
YOUR INSURANCE DOCUMENTS
As soon as we commence your Global Health plan we will send you immediate confirmation by e-mail together with confirmation of the 24-hour emergency telephone number and your plan identification number. Your insurance documents and Global Health card will be sent to you within 5 working days.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Global Health plan, tell us in writing within the first 30 days of your cover. We will refund the premium you have paid to us and cancel your cover from inception – provided you have made no claim.
