What documents will I receive from William Russell when I take out a policy?

As soon as your plan is in force, we will email your certificate of insurance, and a copy of the plan agreement. 

Which credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Switch and Visa Delta.

How can I pay my premiums?

You can pay annual premiums by credit card, debit card or bank transfer or cheque. Monthly premiums must be paid by credit card or debit card, or, if you pay in Sterling from a UK bank account, by direct debit.

How long does the application process take?

As soon as we have all the information we require, we aim to process your application within 5 working days. Your cover will commence as soon as your application has been accepted and we have received your first premium payment.
