What are the underwriting options on a Group Health plan?
We offer a choice of underwriting options for group health clients depending on any existing arrangements you may have in place and the size of the group. More information on the available underwriting options can be found in the Group Quote and Underwriting Guide.
Will all employees need to have a medical exam?
Not necessarily - medical information will be requested depending on the underwriting terms applied for and the information disclosed in your application forms. We may need to request additional medical information once the completed application forms have been submitted.
Is it necessary for all the employees to complete an application form?

How long will the application process take?
Provided we recieve fully completed application forms, we will aim to have cover in place within 5 working days on a standard group policy. Non-standard group schemes may take longer to set up as we may need to refer information to our underwriters. Cover will commence as soon as the application is accepted and we have received your first premium payment.
