As part of our green Web Works policy, you will remember that in August we launched our paperless service for the receipt of policy documents for individuals. We have also been promoting our site for easy access to brochure and form downloads.

We are pleased that the majority of our partners support the initiative and thank those of you who completed our recent survey with 8 out of 10 respondents stating that their clients were mostly happy not to receive printed brochures.

We have also canvassed visitors to our site and can report that 89% of respondents prefer electronic documents. Read our full survey results.
