William Russell “flies the flag” for the private medical insurance industry according to leading independent health insurance brokers, April Medibroker.

We have maintained our Number One position on every ‘How We Rate The Insurers’ Survey that April Medibroker has carried out since the study was originated in 2005.

Andrew Wilson, CEO, April Medibroker, says: “William Russells dedication to quality and service – both to the customer and to the broker – remains second to none even in todays most competitive of marketplaces.” Read more >

Terrorism poses a real risk to us all in todays world

When Gavin Broad, a British expatriate living and working in Thailand, took his wife to the hospital to give birth, he did not imagine that he would end up hospitalized in the bed next to her for injuries sustained in a terrorist bombing.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Introducing your new Customer Services Manager – Jamie Sheerin.

I am very pleased to introduce myself as Customer Services Manager, replacing Caroline Anderson in our UK office who left in August after 8 years service to spend more time with her family.

Inez Cooper, Managing Director, William Russell says: “We are delighted to welcome Jamie to William Russell. Jamie brings with him 10 years of qualified experience as a team manager dedicated to the deliverance of the highest standards of customer care.”

My experience will enable me to take William Russell forward into the next decade. But my challenge is to exceed our customers’ expectations, and this will be at the heart of everything I do. Read more >

HEALTHY LIVING - FOCUS ON DEPRESSION

William Russells Chief Medical Officer, Dr Jace Clarke, offers medical tips for a healthy expat lifestyle.

Dr Jace Clarke looks at depression, why it’s not always just a reaction to life’s stresses, and what we can do to help ourselves or others who could be suffering. Read more >

The future IS bright green!

As part of our green Web Works policy, we have been promoting our site for easy access to brochure and form downloads.

We are pleased that the majority of our customers support the initiative and thank those of you who voted in our recent poll. We can report that 89% of respondents prefer electronic documents to printed ones. Read our full poll results >
