Winners of a top industry award

We are delighted to have won Best International Private Health Group at the International Investment Fund and Product Awards in London last week, seeing off stiff competition from Aetna, Interglobal and Allianz. This is the second time in three years that we have won the much coveted award.

We were also Highly Commended as Best International Provider Middle East & Africa despite being relatively new to the Middle East region, and finalists for Best International Provider Far East and Best Commitment to Service.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

The Big Question: Am I covered if I contract Swine Flu?

Whether you have a health, life or income protection plan, you are safe with William Russell. For more information and the most up-to-date health advice on the worlds latest influenza epidemic, please read more >

5 year price freeze ends for Global Life and Income Protection

After a 5 year price freeze on our life and income protection insurance plans, it has been necessary to increase rates by 15%. The new rates take effect from 1st May 2009 and will apply to all renewing clients.

The good news is that we have increased the maximum benefit limit of the Global Life plan to US $1,500,000. This offers high-earners the reassurance that you can select a sum insured that better represents your financial status and provides an improved monetary safety-net for your family.

Web Works... it really does!

'Web Works' is a new active policy to promote our web site as a one-stop shop for up-to-date brochures and forms. Call it what you like, saving the rainforest, working smarter, technological progression... but we encourage you to download literature from our brochure library rather than requesting printed items.

Web Works also sees plans to introduce a fully-fledged customer servicing system to aid communication for renewals, claims and accounting on the web. More news later this year.

Feeling the pinch financially?

It is very important that expatriates do not leave themselves exposed to health risks by cutting medical insurance cover, simply to save costs in the short-term.

Our top tips page may help you make the most of tighter budgets. Alternatively, you can discuss your options with our Customer Services Department on + 44 1276 486455.
