ü     Emergency evacuation as standard

If an employee has a life-threatening condition that cannot be treated locally, we will take care of all the arrangements and cost to evacuate them to the nearest country where the appropriate care can be given.

 

ü     Reduced premiums

 

We offer attractive discounts for companies with more than five insured employees, and further discounts for families with children.

 

A wide range of excess options means you can reduce your premium even further by increasing the excess employees pay in respect of a claim. A nil excess option is also available if you do not wish your employees to be out of pocket.

 

ü     Well-being Benefit

Prevention is better than cure. To encourage your employees to stay healthy, you can include cover for certain annual preventive health and dental checks.

 

ü     24 hour multi-lingual Medical Assistance Help-line

 

Your employees will each be issued with an insurance card that gives them access to our 24 hour Medical Assistance Help-line, where qualified medical professionals will assist them with locating medical care and arrange admission to hospital in an emergency.

 

ü     Cover options for pre-existing conditions

 

We normally offer cover on a moratorium basis, excluding treatment for conditions that existed during the 24 month period prior to commencement of cover. After an insured person has been symptom and treatment free for a continuous period of 24 months, pre-existing conditions may be eligible for cover.

 

Alternatively, cover is available on a full medical history underwriting basis and a “continued personal medical exclusions” basis. If your company has more than 20 expatriate employees, we can quote to disregard their medical histories completely.

 

VALUABLE OPTIONAL COVER PLANS

 

To complement our Global Health plans, we also offer optional travel and accident plans.

Global Travel Plan- Our Global Travel Plan is designed to cover your employees’ baggage and personal effects whilst they travel.

Global Accident Plan
