Cover is provided on a co-insured, compulsory basis. The insured member is responsible for paying the stated percentage of the cost of eligible treatment.
Routine dental treatment benefit
After 6 months continuous cover (no waiting period for groups of 20+)
US$250 or US$500 of annual benefit with 25% co-insurance
Routine maternity care benefit
After 12 months continuous cover (no waiting period for groups of 20+)
US$2,500 or US$5,000 of benefit per pregnancy with 20% co-insurance
