Back in 2009, William Russell was awarded the “Best International Private Health Group Award” at the tenth International Investment Fund and Product Awards. It was the second time in three years that William Russell had won the award, seeing off competition from leading international private medical insurance companies.

William Russell was also a finalist in “Best Commitment to Service” and “Best International Provider Far East”, plus highly commended as “Best International Provider Middle East and Africa”. According to the judges, despite being relatively new to the region, William Russell impressed the judges with efforts to increase their presence in the Middle East that were well structured and demonstrated a firm commitment to developing meaningful partnerships in the region.

Overall, the judges felt that William Russell's entry displayed an extremely high level of service and support, and were impressed with their attention to product development.
